What “unlimited access” means
Your $99 covers access to take any course in the catalog during your membership year. It does not auto-award credit — you earn credit by completing a course and passing its assessment, the same way boards expect.

Will these hours count in my state? Requirements vary by state and license type. Check our state requirement pages and confirm current rules with your board. For states that pre-approve sponsors (for example New York), look for our approval status on the course before relying on it.
What do I get when I finish a course? A completion certificate with the course details and your information, available to download immediately and kept in your account.
How long are my records kept? We retain completion records so you have them if your board audits you (boards generally expect about six years of records).
